How to Buy
Buying artwork from on-linegallery.co.uk
couldn't be easier. Simply browse our extensive range
of artworks. Choose any piece that you wish to buy and
add them to your shopping cart. If you wish to buy more
than one piece, continue browsing. If not go to the
checkout where you can enter all your details, including
your credit or debit card details for payment. All this
is taken through a secure server so you can rest assured
over the security of your transactions. Upon receipt
of your order on-linegallery.co.uk will contact the
artist to confirm the sale of their artwork and arrange
shipping.
We have now also started accepting Paypal for those of
you who prefer this method of payment. Simply email us
with details of the painting you wish to buy and will
we confirm it with the artist before you pay for it via
Paypal.
YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE DEBITED UNTIL
THE SALE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
Payments by cheque are accepted, the cheque will not
be cashed until the order has been confirmed with the
artist and the artwork will not be dispatched until
the cheque has cleared. The artwork will be reserved
until this time but will be released for sale again
if the cheque fails to clear.
Once the order has been confirmed with
the artist and the payment has gone through, the artist
will ship the artwork. On-linegallery.co.uk will hold
the payment until you have received the artwork and
have decided you want to keep it. This means that you
can have peace of mind over the security of your purchase
and you will never have to pay for something you have
not received or that you are not happy with.
Shipping
and Handling
The cost of shipping must be added
on to a piece when you buy it and is determined by the
artist. Upon receipt of the painting you will have 7
days to decide if the artwork is for you or not. If
you decide for whatever reason that you are not happy
with the artwork you will have the chance to return
the piece (at your own cost) for a full refund of the
cost of the piece minus the postage fee. As On-linegallery.co.uk
holds your money for this period refunds will be fast
and straightforward. If you are happy with the artwork,
the payment will be released to the artist after the
7 days.
Shipping Prices
Shipping prices displayed are
for shipment to the UK Mainland. Deliveries to Highlands
and Islands may incur additional charges. Customers
will be notified of any additional charges before the
transaction proceeds.
How to
Display your Work
Displaying your work online will open up a whole new
dimension to the sale and promotion of your work. Displaying
your work on On-linegallery.co.uk is simple, we do all
the work for you, leaving you the time to do what you
do best- creating!

We are happy to announce a special
introductory offer to all artists who become members
and show their work with us.
For a limited period only we are offering
the chance for you to join our website for FREE (see
below for full details of membership), you will then
enjoy free membership for 6 months, paying only 10%
on any sales you make. After this you will be automatically
transferred to membership option A or you can choose
from any other of our five membership options shown
below. You can change your membership option at any
time.
Membership*
We offer a number of different membership
options for you to display your work.
When you join On-linegallery.co.uk
we will charge each artist a one off setup fee of £25.
For this we will create your own web page (see
example) with a description of yourself and your
works, this price also includes the opportunity to display
up to 20 pictures. If the original 20 images submitted
for the initial setup of the artists page are in electronic
format (image file on disc or sent via email) there
will be a £5 deduction from the initial setup
fee.
All members will be entitled
to a 10% discount from
all items marked 'our price' in the Ken
Bromley Art Supplies catalogue every time they
order.
You can then choose between our five
membership options:
A) NO MEMBERSHIP FEES.
You can display your artworks on On-lineGallery.co.uk
and we will take a 37.5% commission on any works sold.
You can upgrade membership option at any time.
B) For a £25 annual fee
you can display your artworks on on-linegallery.co.uk.
We will take a 30% commission but no monthly
charges will be incurred.
C) For a £50 annual fee
you can display your artworks on on-linegallery.co.uk.
We will take a 20% commission but no monthly
charges will be incurred.
D) For a £15 monthly
fee you can display your artworks on on-linegallery.co.uk.
We will take a 10% commission and no annual
charges will be incurred.
E) For a £30 monthly
fee you can display your artworks on on-linegallery.co.uk.
We will take 5% commission and no annual charges
will be incurred.
You choose whichever membership suits
you best, depending on the number of pieces you expect
to sell. You can also choose to change your price option
at any time if you begin to sell more than you expected.
All membership options include the
chance to be a featured artist on the
homepage, and ALL artists are randomly featured in the
smaller area below the featured artists on the home
page.
All you have to do is email
us and we will send you a registration
form. If you just have any general queries,
or need to ask any questions you can also email
us with any enquiries.
*Please note, at the moment we are
only able to offer membership to artists within the
UK. This is purely for logistical reasons, and costs
of shipping from abroad to the UK. Also to avoid any
problems which may arise if a customer wishes to return
an item for any reason. We apologise for any inconvenience
this may cause, and we will look into the possibility
of accepting foreign artists in the future.
