Vitreus Art is run by Jenny Timms
& Mike Caddy. Their pieces are owned by people who
want their art to have a changing, dynamic quality.
The way the glass responds to different lighting conditions
means your piece will often give you something new or
unexpected... As well as making the designs you can
see here, they specialise in creating specially commissioned
unique and personal stained glass gifts.
Inspiration for Brenda's vibrant
paintings is largely taken from the rich and varied
colours of the world around her. Those who know Brenda's
work are familiar with her passion for light and colour.
Brenda has travelled widely and she believes this has
influenced her fascination with colour and form.
John has spent most of his working
life in the creative arts. He has exhibited in galleries
museums and arranged solo and group art exhibitions,
including selling his own range of artwork at craft
shows. At the present moment John is exploring oil painting,
a medium he has aways very much admired.
Tricia Muller Tricia originally studied art and design at Walthamstow School of Art and has a background in fashion. She now lives and paints in Kent, working in various media but her first love is painting with oils.
Rob Miller Rob has been involved in art from a very early age, painting his first work in oils at the age of just seven under the guidance of his father, George Miller, a prolific Lancashire artist. Since those days art in all its forms has been a significant feature of Rob's life as an artist for the last 45 years.
Howard Folland Howard trained as an art teacher in Cardiff and converted his attic at home into an art studio. Frequent trips to Devon and Cornwall during the school holidays led to Howard, then painting in oils, selling his work in the local galleries. Having retired as a teacher, Howard devoted himself to his art and so began the development of his unique pen and ink style and the collection of drawings that will be available to view on this website.
