I am a self-taught artist from Hastings and I have been painting professionally since 2006 and I love it! I had a spinal accident and was disabled so I picked up a paint brush and the rest is history. I live in Hastings and love painting all the costal views and I paint everything from landscapes to every day life.
Art to me is the best preserver of the here and now as it tells you a lot more than a photograph, it gives you a real feel for the atmosphere and the real mood of the weather, it also looks better on the wall. I have just finished my new studio which is set in peaceful surroundings and is fully equipped.
My watercolour workshops have started and they are going great and for the first time artists out there I am doing a half price deal for a taster lesson and all the equipment and paint is free to use. Workshops run from 9:30am to 1:30pm and all lessons come with a fully printed instruction sheet so you can practice your new skills when you get home.
I teach by demonstration stage by stage so you can see how to build your picture.
I have sold my work all over the world in a short space of time due to my marketing skills and sheer hard work and determination. I teach local scout and cub groups and I have demonstrated to several art societies in this short time and have had many successful exhibitions.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions on workshops or you want to ask about my artwork. Thanks for taking the time to look at my artwork as it is very much appreciated.
