I was born in 1949 and have drawn
and painted since childhood. I had some Art School
trainging in my late teens but am mostley self-taught.
After having many different jobs I settled for a career
on the railway, but have continued to paint all my
life both for myself and for commission. Now semi-retired
I hope to devote even more time to my first love.
My subject matter is wide but I am
particularly fond of birds and portraits. I work mostly
in pencil, acrylic and oil. Very different mediums
but I find moving from one to the other very refreshing.
I am always happy to consider commissions
