Victoria was born in Spain and studied art briefly in Madrid. She now lives and paints in Hastings where she exhibits regularly along with local artists. She is well known for her use of bright vibrant colours. She only uses oils, and paints a variety of subjects. Her style is developing constantly, but she enjoys the pointillist technique. Much of her work is commissioned.
